About Me
My passion and purpose has always been clear: to support people to heal naturally and holistically. How best to direct myself took time to determine and followed a circuitous path. From exploring medical anthropology at UC Berkeley, to Nutrition Policy and Public Health at Tufts University, to graduating with an MS in Nutrition from University of Illinois, Chicago, I finally discovered dietetics as the way to unify what I was most interested in contributing to - integrative medicine, environmental sustainability, healthcare policy change, and most importantly, individual behavior change. I worked at the residential level for 3 years, and now at the outpatient level for 3 years. I also work as a Clinical Dietitian at a Bay area hospital. In my free time, I love exploring Northern California's beauty and varied natural environments, and engaging in mindful, joyful movement, including yoga and dance.
